Complex, savoury bouquet with scents of wild thyme, spices and red berry fruits. Even more complex on the palate with a taut texture, an abundance of tannins and acidity framing flavours of black cherry and dark skinned plums, clove and vanilla, dried herb and juicy fleshy ripeness. Taut and youthful still so plenty of time to cellar and decide when to drink. An excellent food wine with textures and flavours that will suit rare high protein dishes. Best drinking from 2027 through 2038.
