Patriarche Père & Fils Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2024, France

A traditional Pinot Noir bouquet centering around the scents of soil and fruit, a sense of mystery and origins. Flavours of chalky clay and stone then red berry fruits and plum. Some older barrel spices add complexity and tradition with a light vanilla and clove suggestion. Tannins carry texture and some grip while acidity frame the whole palate adding freshness and length. Best from 2025 through 2030.
