Pask Pinot Gris 2025, Gimblett Gravels, Hawke's Bay

A very nice wine with aromas and flavours of pear skin and red apple, some stony soil and spice layers with textures from phenolics and fine tannins. Dry on the palate with medium+ acid line and flavours of pomaceous fruit, a fine citrus layer and seam of lees complexity. Nice drinking from day of purchase through 2027.
