Aromas and flavours of violets and plums, black currant and echoes of smoked meats. Tannins and acidity add lots of structure with a fine chalky mouthfeel and tautness, the flavours of dark berries and plums are at the core providing the fleshy contrast and balance. Dry, well made with plenty of length and style. Best drinking from 2025 through 2029+.
