Precise, fresh, fruity and delicious. Off-dry, though this contrasted quickly with the backbone of acidity driving texture and flavour through the palate. Pomaceous fruits, citrus and mineral are bound together with the acid line into a refreshing and youthful expression. Best drinking from 2025 through 2030+.
