Crisp and dry filled with aromas and flavours of fresh apple and tropical fruits, some wet pebbles mineral qualities and a whisper of salinity. Grapes and gooseberry, a a touch of nettles and fresh herbs, apple and pineapple. High acidity, fleshy and balanced. A wine for drinking from 2025 through 2027.
