Great colour and bouquet with dark purples and ruby, black cherry and black berry the scents of sweet tobacco and wood smoke, cinnamon and dark chocolate. Full-bodied, dry, fruity and ready to drink. Layers of textures from fruit then wood tannins, plenty of acidity for bit and delivery of the fruit flavours. Well made in a ready to drink expression, yet I feel the wine could also development some more complexities if cellared. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030.
