I really enjoy the specific and individual expression of this wine, aromas and flavours of sour dough bread and cereals laced with flavours of baked apple and apricot stone then layers of fine lees for autolysis complexity. Crisp and dry with a fine bubble and generous mousse, high acidity and balanced even finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030+.
