Greystone Pétillant Naturel 2025, Waipara Valley, North Canterbury

A delicious wine with lots of energy in the texture and mousse. Flavours I recognise include pineapple and red apple flesh, then lees and honeysuckle. A dry wine with a core of flavour, natural apple and pomaceous fruit flavours, some more of the pineapple and an enticing freshness and energy. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2027.
