A delicious wine, dry, textured and developing. Aged on lees for 3 years the bouquet has a distinctive autolysis of fresh oatmeal and croissant the scents of citrus and stone fruits. On the palate a dry wine with a youthful tautness and gentle earth-smoke of stone and clay the flavours of lemon and peach. The mousse is fresh with a satin touch with the acid line also carrying and saline finish. Well made with a lengthy finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030.
