I have to say ‘one of the better lighter alcohol wines’ this Pinot Gris has a salivating, plush and fruity core with flavours pf green pears and golden delicious apple, there’s a delicate floral and white spice quality framed by acidity and a fine lees complexity. Balanced and well made with best drinking from 2025 through 2027.
