Giesen 'Pure Light' Pinot Gris 2023, New Zealand

Aromatic and lofted with a layer of white spice then pear, apple skin and a touch of light beer. On the palate these suggestion come alive with flavours of bosc pear and yellow apple. There’s a touch of quince and mineral adding some depth. A satin smooth texture with contrasting alcohol and refreshing acid line. Balanced and well made, ready to drink from 2024 through 2026.
