Forrest The Doctors' Pinot Noir 2020, Marlborough

Aromas and flavours of Pinot Noir with a mix of red cherry and boysenberry, then a tart plum and fruit spice qualities. A light weight wine on the palate, tannins are fine and easy to dissolve, acidity is precise and lively, the fruit intensity is moderate. Overall a simple wine to enjoy with appetisers and perhaps chilled soups or cheese. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2028+.
