Pungent, ripe and fruity with core aromas of passionfruit and mango, sweet grapefruit and red apple. There’s a fine steely earthy quality adding complexity and charm. Plush, ripe, fruity and dry on the palate with a rush of flavours including peach and sweet grapefruit then apple and some tropical fruits. Some lees work layers in a biscuity nut quality pushed along with acidity and alcohol. Well made, balanced and ready to drink from 2024 through end of summer 2026.
