Stonecroft Undressed Rosé 2023, Gimblett Gravels, Hawke's Bay

Aromas and flavours of summer and fresh yellow stone fruits, from apricot to nectarine then apple and a touch of grapefruit. The mouthfeel is smooth and silky with core fruit flavours that mirror the bouquet, there’s a touch of saffron and clay soil mineral qualities then a whisper of pepper. Balanced and well made in a ready to drink expression. Best from 2023 through end of summer 2025.
