Spy Valley 'Echelon' Méthode Traditionnelle 2020, Marlborough

This is a delicious wine with a bouquet and palate of fresh citrus and white fleshed fruits wrapped in a fine autolysis and plush mousse. Acidity and mousse complement each other carrying flavours of stone and citrus fruits finishing in a leesy autolytic high note. The lees layers suggest a brioche quality. Well made, youthful and ready to drink from 2023 through 2029.
