An alluring bouquet of silky textured yellow and white fleshed fruits, raw cashew nut, fine lees complexity, baked apple and a mineral core suggesting sea-shells and salty air. Youthful and complex, alluring and familiar. On the palate - fantastic; flavours of citrus and stone fruit then nut and baked fruits, mineral and wood flavours of vanilla and raw sugar. Tannins, acidity and oak work in harmonay to deliver the foundation and frame for the fruit and continues bottled development. A complex and delicious wine that is great for drinking today, but likely at its best from late 2023 through 2030.
