Made with Pinot Noir - a lovely floral and fruity bouquet with a delicate layer of lees autolysis adding complexity and breadth. Flavours of fresh peach and red papaya with some red apple qualities and bright floral tones in combination with a plush and softer mousse deliver a wine with charm and elegance. Balanced and well made with a moderate to lengthy finish. Best drinking from 2022 through 2026.
