Raspberries and sweet black olives, dark cherries and white pepper, violets and toasty wood spices form the bouquet. Firm, dry, salivating and fruity all at the same time on the palate. Tannins have a light chalky texture with a moderate power, acidity is equally intense, fruit core drives the expression along with spice and toasty wood layers. Moderate length and finish, a balanced and well made wine. Best drinking from day of purchase and through 2025.
