Light in colour with a delicate onion skin and pink hue - leading to aromas of pink apple and cherry, grapefruit and a light floral tone. There’s a fine savoury seam and mineral accent. Crisp and salivating on the palate with flavours that mirror the nose. Fine chalky mouthfeel, saline acid line and a touch of mineral carry flavours through the palate with persistence and ease.
