On the palate - fruity, fresh, crisp and dry with flavours of plums and cherry then strawberry and mineral stony soil moments. Some palate tension and youthful grip means this wine is well suited to food till around late December 2021 then on its own, if you prefer, through summer 2022 - you decide.
