White pepper, green pear, honeysuckle, quince and wet stones mineral complexity. Mirrored on the palate as flavours with medium+ acidity, core of fruit, a fine sandy mineral texture and balanced, dry and even finish. Satin texture, some floral notes then a return to varietal fruit flavours. Balanced and well made - drink upon purchase and through end of summer 2022.
