Intense and powerful bouquet with aromas of fresh green apple and gooseberry, peaches and tropical fruits, fresh herbs and a core of silty, crush rock minerality. Very aromatic and inviting with complexity, power and drive. The power continues on the palate, but with a silky texture and core of fruit and mineral flavours that reflect the bouquet. Balanced, persistent, even, lengthy, complex and delicious. Dillon’s Point and the Bull Paddock vineyard showcase a sense of place and ripe fruit along with a strong varietal signature.
