It is a real treat to be able to taste through successive vintages of a specific wine from a producer.

This River Run 2019 is light in colour, but more than delivers through the bouquet - showcasing aromas of crushed rocks, a flinty earthy core, wild flowers and red berry fruits of red cherries and red apple, wood spices and a gentle yet distinctive savoury core. On the palate - firm tannins, ripe and youthful, tense youthful acid squeeze, flavours of red berries, plum and red currant and contrasting flavours and textures of oak. Youthful, vibrant, tense, poised and youthful. Best drinking from 2022 through 2027+.
