I tasted this wine over 3 days to see how it developed. Day 1 - fresh, new, lively, varietal; Day 2 - still fresh and lively, but also showing more mineral in the aroma and core on the palate; Day - now it seems ready, with a fine balance between mineral and fruit, acidity, texture and complexity - flavours of pears and apple, lemons and white blossoms. balanced, lengthy and well made. Riesling is a variety and wine that needs time to develop. 3 days equals three more years in your cellar please. Best drinking from 2022 through 2028+.
