Varietal and quite pungent, but also very fruity with aromas and palate flavours of peach and pineapple, pear and red apple, soft almost quiet citrus fruit flavours and fresh herbs. On the palate - medium weight with a light creamy texture, refreshing acid line, some dry stone mineral moments and a balanced finish. A lovely wine to enjoy upon purchase. It’s plush, fruity flavours with some palate tension from the acidity makes it an easy aperitif selection or with food. Best drinking from today and through 2022.
