Aromas and flavours on the palate showcase raspberry and plum, a savoury dried herb and wild thyme layer, clove, vanilla and five spice-ish taste, complex and tasty. Tannins are fine and chalky in texture, acidity fresh showing off the youthful impact this wine retains. Well made, lengthy and delicious. Best drinking from today and through 2024+.
