Astrolabe Wrekin Vineyard Pinot Noir 2015 Marlborough

Varietal, fruity and dusted with oak spices of cinnamon and vanilla, some floral moments and dry stone earthy qualities. Dry, fruity, varietal and textured on the palate. Flavours of dark cherry and red berries then fine to firm tannins with a chalky dusty and fine texture layers, medium+ acidity, dark spices, plenty of berry fruit flavours and a lengthy yet youthful finish. Best with food till mid 2020, otherwise decant and enjoy from now and through 2024.
