Pungent, fruity, varietal, herbaceous, fresh and crunchy fresh fruit aromas. Apples and grapefruit, white peach and green herbs. Equally vibrant on the palate with a core of fresh crunchy white fleshed fruits contrasted by flavours of lemon, sweet grass and gooseberry. Just dry, plenty of refreshing acidity, balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2021.
