Mt Difficulty Lowburn Valley Riesling 2016 Central Otago

Ripe and fruity bouquet with a distinctive yellow stone fruit and yellow apple attack. Floral and mineral nuances adding depth and intrigue. Sweet on the palate with flavours of preserved lemon, barely sugar, green pear and tangerine. The acidity contrasts the sweetness adding length on the palate as well as finish. Chill well for use as an aperitif, ideal with mild spicy dishes. Drink now and through 2024.
