Te Kano Chardonnay 2017 Central Otago
Varietal with familiar bouquet of yellow and white stone fruit aromas, toasty vanilla and kitchen baking spices scented oak and a nutty butter note. Dry, firm youthful textures with medium+ oak, acidity and weight. Some creamy white fleshed stone fruit and pear flavours adding a contrasting fleshy attribute. Needs some time to settle in. Best from later in 2019 through 2024.
