A really lovely bouquet of Viognier with a aromas of apricots and flowers, spice and organic, raw minerals. Dry on the plate with a core of fruit and concentration, flowers and yellow stone fruits; medium+ acidity, decent weight and coarse silk texture. Lengthy finish, varietal, creamy and balanced.
