Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot. A bouquet and palate with enough power, intrigue and concentration to lure in many fans of blended red wine. Blackberry and dark plum, chocolate and spice, toasty wood, clove and violet. Dry on the palate with plenty of dark red fruit flavours, silky to firm textures, moderate tannins, medium+ (ish) acidity and weight. A lovely wine perfect for lighter red meat dishes, hot smoked salmon dishes and green vege' based dishes. Balanced and ready to enjoy with some cellar potential as well. Best from now and through 2024.
