Lovely aromatic lift with an enticing floral then fruit centric bouquet. Aromas and flavours include blossoms, lees derived spicy and light beer suggestion, fresh and baked pear, quince and apple. Dry on the palate with a moderate weight and plenty of acidity. Wild flowers, honeysuckle and spice. A lovely example as an aperitif style and suitable for fragrantly spiced, medium weighted dishes. Best from today and through 2022.
