Dark rose and fuchsia in appearance. From Chambourcin aromas include plum and red cherry with old strawberry and dry stone mineral. Just dry with a lush and full flavoured palate, plum and cherry with red apple flavours, fine tannin, medium acidity and firm finish. A lovely example to enjoy with food. Served well chilled.
