Youthful, fruity, fresh and bright with aromas and flavours of cherry and red apple, some rose and earthy mineral complexity. Dry on the palate with little to no impact of oak, fine fruit tannins and youthful acidity bite. Persistent salivating flavours, a tease of complexity and lengthy finish. A lovely wine, balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2022.
