Complex, vibrant, varietal and complex bouquet of Sauvignon Blanc. Known for its Bio-dynamism the bouquet is abundant with aromas of wild flowers, sweet grass and ripe white fleshed fruit. A few suggestion of tropical fruit emerge as the wine opens up. Some spice notes from the use of oak also emerge as the wine opens up. Dry on the palate with obvious ripe fruit and oak flavours, noticeable acidity, vibrant textures and lengthy finish. A lot to like with this wine. Drink now and through 2024.
