Neudorf Moutere Pinot Noir 2016 Nelson

Fabulous bouquet of PInot Noir with a seductive mix of flowers, spice and red fruit perfumes, neither one dominating over the other. The oak signature is noticeable yet quite reserved. Overall elegant and seductive. On the palate - dry, youthfully firm with plenty of acidity and vibrant tannin action. Flavours of red fruits and flower stay strong and the oak ever present, but not invasive. A lovely example still developing and will reward those who elect to cellar the wine for a while longer. Decant for service; best drinking 2022 through 2030.
