Carrick Wines Wild Ferment Sauvignon Blanc 2017 Central Otago

A fresh and lively bouquet of Sauvignon Blanc with aromas of sweet citrus fruits, grapefruit and white fleshed orchard fruits. Quite floral too with a collection of blossoms and a little honeysuckle. Dry on the palate with flavours of citrus, apple and a light tropical note with white pineapple. Lively and refreshing acidity, punchy and textured. Drink now and through 2021.
